Iona Pods are a small village of 'glamping' cabins, based on the stunning Hebridean Island of Iona, off the north west coast of Mull. The site is located on a small working croft, which has been in their family for many generations.
The island is renowned for it's natural beauty and the world famous Abbey, the origin of the birth of Christianity in Scotland and Western Europe. As this was a massive draw for visitors, it became key for the logos identity.
The simple solutions was to combine the iconic arches of the Abbey with the similar profile of the pods entrance. Along with a refined colour palette directly influenced by the stunning landscapes surrounding the site. The brand now could be clearly connected with the history and place, working as a strong icon for the campsite to use.
