Neighbours is a new premises on 1878 E 4th St, Brooklyn, New York City — a friendly, welcoming cafe serving fresh coffee, matcha, and pretty things ;D . Quickly becoming part of the community, offering craft and pottery classes, games evenings and a relaxed place to meet up with neighbours.
